Interview
Application begins online and is the same for the Regional Care hospitals (at least in the Shoals area). Wait time for your interview depends on how busy they are at the hospital but for me was about 2 weeks. I was contacted by the head nurse of the PCU and scheduled an interview with them. The interview went well because I was hired that day.

Question 1
Somewhat formal but mostly wanted to get to know me. Seemed impressed by where I went to college which must have been a plus.
