Interview
I met with a great many individuals separately including the plant manager and the production manager and a team of mid level managers at the end of the day. The interview was a three-four hour process including a plant tour. I was able to tour the facility more extensively because I had my own Personal Protective Equipment.

My Interview went on for 45 mins. It went smooth. The question asked were strictly according to JD. Panel was very Polite. Starting from the HR scheduling the interview till interview it was very fair experience.

Interview
Received call from HR to schedule interview. Call went through the details of the job, gave info about their upcoming merger to put it on my radar, and discussed openly any questions I had about the position, including salary. Very upfront and honesty about everything.

Interview
The interview process was quick, quite difficult and provides updates with the applicant. The interviewers are smart, easy to talk to and compassionate which reflects my view of the company.
