Interview
I had interview at Sidney, Ohio. They did not ask any technical question, just ask what I did in the past.
I felt that those folks do not have technical knowledge on the subject that I interviewed for. One guy behaves like he knows all and he is very successful. But when I asked him a few questions related to the project, the decisions are mostly flawed and apparently their solution is far away from the target.
They do not have good facility and apparently no labs to work. Very old facility.
Overall, I was expecting better.

After applying online, I received an email inviting me to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes and primarily focused on behavioral questions. The interviewer asked about my background, experiences, and how I handle certain workplace situations.
Usual interview process, multi interview rounds, last round in person 1 hour sessions with managers, 3 to 4 hours in total. First round hr screening over the phone, second round conversation on the phone with hiring manager, and third round was the 3-4 hour inperson interview.

How would you deal with a co-worker that was being difficult to work with?
Was easy and short.
There were only 2 rounds of interview.
Then did ask technical and lidership questions. Hiring manager was very polite and had a positive energy.
