There was a Women recruitment drive during the week of International women's day. They had organized interviews for multiple skills, Testing, Automation Java to name a few. They were only interested to publicize how they support women in technology and were not at all interested in any hiring. They invited people on a weekday and made them to wait for more than 3 hours and then also conducted interviews just for the sake of it. The interviewer asked me only 2 questions and in his exact words, "we have less time and too much crowd to handle". I would like to re iterate here that it was not a walk in but shortlisted people were invited for the drive for scheduled discussions. This was the worst experience I have had in terms of management of recruitment drives.
