I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Empower (Bengaluru) in Mar 2016
Interview
There was a Women recruitment drive during the week of International women's day. They had organized interviews for multiple skills, Testing, Automation Java to name a few.
They were only interested to publicize how they support women in technology and were not at all interested in any hiring. They invited people on a weekday and made them to wait for more than 3 hours and then also conducted interviews just for the sake of it.
The interviewer asked me only 2 questions and in his exact words, "we have less time and too much crowd to handle". I would like to re iterate here that it was not a walk in but shortlisted people were invited for the drive for scheduled discussions.
This was the worst experience I have had in terms of management of recruitment drives.

Question 1
DB : what is the difference between group by and having clause ?
I applied through the Naukri portal, after which the recruiter contacted me for an initial screening discussion. The conversation covered my experience, technical background, notice period, and current role. Later, a technical interview was scheduled with the client/company team for further evaluation.
Setup an initial video call with the technical recruiter, who described the position & seemed affable enough. And that was the last I heard from anyone at Empower. Waste of time.
