Basically just a sit down talk. Fairly informal, just a sense of who you are. There is a physical assessment test you must complete as well. The details are listed on their website.

Interview
Standard very common interview questions plus a 20 question test on BLS skills. The test is not difficult at all and you will go over it immediately afterwards with the interviewer.
