The interview process was similar to most businesses, multiple round interviews which encompassed a preliminary interview and a shadow day. They were completely transparent throughout the whole process and answered all of my questions. You are completely incorporated into the company during your shadow day, as they make sure that you meet everyone in the business. You participate in the meetings and understand a holistic overview of the company.
