Interview Experience – Detailed Review
My interview process consisted of three main stages and was overall well-structured and fair.
Round 1: Online Assessment (MCQ + Coding + SQL)
The first round was an online test that included:
Around 57 MCQ questions covering technical concepts and aptitude
2 programming questions (focused on problem-solving and basic logic)
1 SQL query-based question
The MCQs tested fundamentals such as programming basics, logical reasoning, and quantitative aptitude. The coding questions were of easy to medium difficulty, checking understanding of loops, conditions, and basic data structures. The SQL question was straightforward and tested query-writing skills.
Round 2: Technical Interview
Candidates who cleared the assessment were shortlisted for a technical interview.
This round focused on:
Core technical concepts
Programming fundamentals
Problem-solving approach
Questions based on projects and resume
The interviewer was knowledgeable and asked clear, relevant questions. The discussion was interactive and allowed me to explain my thought process.
Round 3: HR Interview
The final round was an HR interview, which covered:
Introduction and background
Career goals
Strengths and weaknesses
Willingness to learn and adaptability
This round was more conversational and focused on understanding personality, communication skills, and cultural fit.
