Ghosted after three rounds. Call with a recruiter, meeting with team lead, and then a presentation. Told I would hear back within 1 week, but of course it was crickets. Feeling good about it though because they told me almost the whole CS team quit due to some serious mismanagement by a cofounder. Not sure I'd be interested into stepping into that disaster.
