I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Engine in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview process was quick. Contacted by a recruiter within a week. Interviewed with her the next day. The following week I had 2 interviews back to back. The first with the Associate Director of Member Support. The second was with a Member Support manager and the Associate Director of Client Operations. Both went pretty well. However before the interview I did a lot of digging on the diversity at Hotel Engine. It’s the only category they do not excel in. There are little to no minorities on the executive/ management team. Go to the companies LinkedIn page and you’ll find rows and rows of a very uniform workforce, lacking minority representation. I knew I wasn’t going to fit in as they kept touching base on the culture fit and their coworkers. Culture fit is code for we are all alike.
