Three steps to interview process, there's 3 steps. Phone screen with HR, phone call with hiring manager, onsite interview. Interview questions are 95% behavioral with minimal technical discussion.
That said, this must be the worst HR team I've ever worked with. Didn't make calls at scheduled times, gave updates at 7pm the day before your onsite interview. Takes over a month to announce hiring decision after final interview. Doesn't respond to e-mail. Build up some patience if you're going to apply here...
Had a phone screen with HR, followed by an interview with the manager and then with the team. All of it was done virtually, though I know often they bring candidates in to see the site first so candidates can see if it’s a good match for them
