Entelo interview questions

It was three interviews and then a full month without hearing anything and then two more interviews that seemed pointless at that point… Although this was during Covid so that could've added to the complications

The company is built upon to make the recruiting faster, but their recruiting process has some serious flaws! I spent a total of more than 6 hours interviewing, but they didn't give a final decision even after 1 month despite sending multiple follow-ups! The first interview was 1 hour long and focused on passed experience and some follow up questions. The second interview was with the recruiter. The virtual onsite was 4.5 hours long split into 2 days. One with the hiring manager, one interview focusing SQL, and one on building a live data science application on their data set.
