The interview took roughly 1 hour. The day before the interview I was sent their company guidelines and some Youtube videos of recorded demo calls. The interview took place via Google meets and two employees were on the call. We chatted about my employment history and then they asked a series of generic questions. They really rushed the end of the call and I didn't really have the opportunity to ask questions of my own. When they reviewed the schedule that had been proposed to me, I was encouraged to ask for a reduction of hours, as they thought that 40 hours a week was too much for a new employee. Part of their concern was based off of my previous work history, which had never involved desk work. I was mildly put off by this. Ultimately I did not proceed to the next part of the interview, which was a virtual inspection. They will want to see your home office (which cannot be your living room or kitchen) and your internet provider (internet cannot be wifi).
