Recruiting arranged a pre-screen via phone, and I spoke with them for about 15 mins. I was advised on the phone that I was moving forward into the next round. The interview with the Director was clear and concise on what the expectations were for the role, and what his ideal candidate should be. I was told that I would have follow up early next week. There was no follow up for the position, I had to reach out 4 days later into the following week to find out what the status was. I received a reply from Recruiting stating that they had passed on me, however 4 days earlier I knew a couple of people applying for the same role and had already completed round 3 interviews, yet they didn’t tell me the status but clearly they knew.
