Very unprofessional. Please interview the candidate only if you agree to their requests prior to the interview. I had conveyed my expectations to the HR of the company clearly during the first interaction. They agreed to my requests and decided to interview me. I cleared the technical interviews, had high hopes to be a part of the the organisation. However, the company ghosted me without sharing the feedback nor the decision. Later I got to know from other sources, that they couldn't match my expected Salary that I mentioned in the beginning inspite of clearing the rounds. I understand the concerns for not selecting someone. But a candidate deserves an explanation or a healthy discussion at least after working so hard to clear an interview. I hope you do not repeat the same with other candidates in the future.

It was pretty common questions asked to graduates graduating from colleges. First it was aptitude test round, then group discussion, then HR and technical interview in the same panel. Aptitude was pretty tough but luckily cracked it. Then the group discussion be familiar with current topics. Next in Technical round you will be tested in C++, java, whatever stuffs you have written in your resume you will be asked, Finally they will ask, are you willing to travel for onsite? The interview is easy to crack if you complete the aptitude round.
