I applied online. I interviewed at Epic in Dec 2022
Interview
Coding assessment in which you need to describe code and it doesn't run - they just want to see your thought process. A few logic and math questions, as well as a test on learning a new programming language. The zoom interview is 3 hours and very informative.

Question 1
Gave me a case scenario of a working day and asked what would I do.
30 minute phone call with a technical solutions engineer, questions were related to interest in the role and long term career goals rather than technical questions. He also asked about relocating and if that’s something I would be considering.

Tell me a little bit about yourself and why you’re interested in this role?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI)
Interview
Started with info sessions. Then broke into a room with an interviewer who asked me to assess a scenario. After that, I had an HR interview. All of these in 1-2 hours on the same day.
Initial phone interview (basic questions about resume, why interested in company and role), skills assessment (multiple parts- personality test, math and logic and coding sections), longer final interview with case study and behavioral questions.
