It needs a long, approximately 2-3 hour test on logical thinking before moving on to an interview. The interview isn't particularly hard, it just needs you to be engaged and ask meaningful questions, as well as having the common sense to be upfront and communicative in the case study portion.

30 minute phone call with a technical solutions engineer, questions were related to interest in the role and long term career goals rather than technical questions. He also asked about relocating and if that’s something I would be considering.

Interview
Started with info sessions. Then broke into a room with an interviewer who asked me to assess a scenario. After that, I had an HR interview. All of these in 1-2 hours on the same day.
Initial phone interview (basic questions about resume, why interested in company and role), skills assessment (multiple parts- personality test, math and logic and coding sections), longer final interview with case study and behavioral questions.
