Epic Thrift interview questions

Hired on the spot, no real interview. I knew the managers from a previous job. They do not work with second jobs' schedules. They tell you that you can move up fast but it is a new company and they can't figure out what they want to do

I had a face-to-face interview with VP of Operations and President which lasted for two hours. The VP of Operations was prepared with structured questions with a job description to review with me. The interview was beneficial and allowed for questions to be asked. I felt positive after leaving the interview.
