Interview
Interview process can take up to 3 months and involves initial phone screen by HR, followed by F2F interview with hiring manager and upper management. Cross functional interviews are the last step. Standard interview questions asked - past experience, situational examples, etc. Nice, friendly culture, but it's a Japanese company - read, major decisions are made in Japan and there is definitely a process and protocol for decision making and communication.

Interview
It was straight forward Why Epson and why PM role interview. The HR was very responsive and was positive during the process. But the process was slow and took longer than anticipated.
