1. They invite you to their venue for the interview and tell you to wait for sometime and then call for the interview and tell you that they are keeping your resume on hold. 2. If the job requirements are not matching candidate experience then they shouldnt be called for interview. 3. The interviewer will just try to convince you to convey a message that you shouldnt be applying for this job as if they are deciding our future and career. 4. The interviewer rather asks you to wait for sometime for a suitable opening as if their company is the only one which is providing employment in whole country. 5. Interviewer will also ask you to join in 30 days and if there is any buyout of notice period available as if they are giving an offer.
