video interview,got it one week after sending the application,they asked me to send the updated grades,after one month still I did not hear from them.Maybe rejected and will get the answer soon.
Interviewers were very pleasant and asked questions about experience and how this would fit into Equinor and the role. Interview took place online and involved myself and 2 interviewers in the call.
Competitive and relatively long. Online assessment first with logic exercises and statistics weeds out most applicants. Time based questions. Then online interview with video recordings and lastly personal interview.
Personal interview is a day long on the company headquarters
