2 phone interviews, then expected to be in New York City for in person with less than a weeks notice. As I was across the country at the time, this made things difficult.

Interview
I met a recruiter at a career fair that was very friendly and outgoing. We scheduled a phone call that was brief. The recruiter tells you more about the two different routes you can take, one being the more financial side and the other being the more communications side. Then they schedule another in person interview typically but would be zoom during Covid.
