Basic interview, asked about myself and why I want to join AXA Advisors. They also ask for pre-determined information on wealth management and AXA. The managers are very comforting and try their best to make the interview more of a conversation.

It was not terribly difficult, but it does requires a good work ethic as well as you need to show that you can make a positive impact and contribute to the good atmosphere. Overall a great experience.

The interview was a phone call and was very casual. I asked most of the questions while the person just answered the questions. He said they didn't hire that many interns.
