Interview lasted over an hour and was very unprofessional. Talked bad about another financial firm and was healthy focused on the pay aspect of the job, yet pay was significantly low.

Interview
First there was a screening phone call. Next there was a 30 minute interview. The last one was a 45 minute interview. They ask a little bit about yourself and mostly then just tell you about the company and the job.

Question 1
Give a presentation about something you're passionate about and then tell me why you would be a good financial advisor.
Quick and to the point. Pretty much just sold the company to you. Seemed almost a little too good to be true at times. Only have had 1 interview so far waiting for the second.
Interview is to see who you are as a person, no technical questions, not too long and was generally to the point. The interview process as a whole is well organized too.
