Pre-screened by staffing agency. Phone-screened by company manager. Performed drug test, aptitude test, background check. Only basic administrative skills were required. Job training was provided along with a personal laptop for remote work.
Straightforward and clear, was with the head of assistants that I'd be reporting to. Interview took about 20 minutes and was given a chance to meet the team, see the office, and get a preview of some of the tasks

The interviews were nice at the interview, but they didn't even send out any email to me to inform me with the result after two rounds of interviews, which I think was disrespectful.
