The process was lengthy but that's because Esri really want's to know who they are interviewing. You also get a chance to meet a handful of people through the process.

Interview
I was approached by a recruiter & successfully aced three telephone interviews, each with different levels of security personnel within ESRI. Then, the last step was to interview with a security Director at ESRI. I had aced the previous interviews, and the recruiter was sure that I'd ace the completion interview as well. It seemed like a great company with a cool mission and awesome technology. But there is more to come.

Q. For the phone interview with the Director, he asked me 'how are you?' that was the only question during the entire interview. I know, because I took notes.
