After the screening call with a recruiter, I was later informed I made it to a zoom interview with two people, including the Hiring Manager. The conversation went well and I was told that this was the final interview in order to keep the process efficient. They told me to expect an update in a couple weeks. I reached out to the recruiter a week later, and they told me that the team liked me and I had a good chance for the position. I was sent one of those emotional intelligence/personality quiz assessments a week later. I emailed back after taking the assessment to no response. Again, no response a week later. The recruiter and hiring manager were very nice when speaking to me, but I think ghosting candidates after interviews is a poor practice. A quick email that the position has been filled would be the least they could do.
