my experience was i just got called by the hiring manager - a quick phone call interview and asked about my strengths and weaknesses. Then after a few days, I had an interview session with my team leader and that is basically it.
unorganized set up, group interview style with 3 basic interview questions about why you wanna work there and how you handle feedback, and then a group activity to see how you work with groups
Positive overall but important to be prepared as towards the last stages can be really specific and quite complex. But all the interviewers were friendly and receptive and informative, so a good process overall.
