I applied through university. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Estée Lauder Companies (New York, NY) in Jan 2016
Interview
Very informal, conversation like. Did not feel pressured and did not feel scripted. One of my best interview experiences of all time. Was interviewed by a hiring manager far down the line. Also cannot recommend the program more, just wish the location was not in Long Island
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Estée Lauder Companies in Mar 2018
Interview
I went through a series of three phone calls. The first one was sort of an overview of the position and to gauge interest, the second went over my resume and skills, and the last was a "HR Interview" to determine fit. After the last phone call, I was told I would be informed of their decision in a week. They called me once at a bad time and then never got back to me, even though I emailed them (the number was blocked).
