Asked many questions, more like scenario questions and you have to explain how you would handle an issue with a customer or a designer
They asked about what my strong points are and if I am Tech savvy.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ethan Allen (Virginia Beach, VA) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview process began with a phone interview. I was asked to describe what I thought the job description entailed. Then the interviewer described the job duties, asked me if I understood and did her description match what I thought the job would be. After that, the interviewer described duties that would be required of me, if I thought I could do them, would I be happy doing them, could I do them day after day and still be satisfied in the job. I was invited to a personal interview after that, and the interview continued to ensure that I understood what the job would be and would I be happy in the position.
I've never had this type of interview, but it was by far the best job interview I've ever had. They were really concerned about the person who would fill the position. They wanted an employee who could take the job and run with it AND enjoy it day after day. I was really impressed.
