I wanted to explain my pathetic situation about the interview and the HR process. In small or Big organization HR process should be good. But they are not at all upto the mark. 1) Company located above the supermarket 2) Bathrooms are stinking I have taken the written test and cleared then went for 2 technical interview and cleared on the same day., HR informed that i will be getting one more interview from onsite. I waited and couple of weeks later got call and went to the office. The interview is cancelled due to the Top level leadership meeting for that I traveled a lot in the bangalore traffic. Again they conducted telephonic, Again i took half a day and taken the interview.It went well but there is no response from anyone. Even I mailed to HR and requested for the status. still now i haven't received any response. I know that i have cleared technically but they are unable to afford the offer to me due to the cost. This should be communicated. Because of this I wasted 3 days. Guys please beware before accepting to take interview from Eurofins.
