Interview
My interview process with Ichor lasted about a month. I applied to a role on Indeed on May 3, 2024. The next week, they requested a writing sample and then scheduled me for a 45-min interview with the hiring manager on May 23rd. After that, I was invited to interview with additional team members, and also completed a performance task that assessed my research, writing, and analysis skills. I was then invited to join the team for lunch at the Ichor offices on June 5th, and following reference checks, I received an offer the next day.

They had me produce a full bio on a potential client (real). Once I completed the bio they no longer were interested. Seems like they're trying to get free work out of folks who genuinely want to look for meaningful employment.

The interview process was straight forward. Met with several managers who genuinely wanted not only to learn about me, but to share their experiences at the company. Every meeting helped me learn more about the role and the firm.
