The interviews conducted by senior staff is based on the company size the candidate is coming from. It does not focus on the technical skills, qualifications, and experience of candidate. The recruiters need to do a better job in terms of understanding these requirements from the hiring team/manager. This company will lose qualified candidates based on this philosophy
