Evolve IP Project Manager interview questions

I applied on glassdoor, and I received a call within 2 weeks. The initial phone interview was quick and the interviewer was from HR. She seemed to be assessing my qualifications. I received a call back the next week for an interview with their hiring manager. The interview was very straight forward and pretty casual. They focused a lot on assessing EQ qualities since I was applying for a customer facing position. I did not hear back from them. A month went by, so I followed up, and they informed me they went with another candidate that 'had more experience'.
