Fun feels less of a interview but more of knowing the person as a whole really knowing you to see if it fits the culture there and giving you a real process of how workers are nurtured there

very smooth and fast, went to second round interview straight away after HR manger interviewed me. The Operation Manger did the second round interview with me and he asked alot of questions.
