I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Express (Honolulu, HI) in May 2010
Interview
There were about 8 people interviewing for the job. I'd never interviewed for a retail job before so I was very nervous, especially since it was a group interview. Typical questions were "name a time when you had a disagreement with your manager", "What is the difference between customer service and selling a product?" I'm still waiting to hear back, the interview lasted about an hour.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
