Gave me a background about the facility and offered me a job end of the interview. She was glad with my answers

It was a quick interview process. Walked in to fill out the application. Doc conducted the interview. Business orientated questions. Mostly generic nursing questions. Doc was new. Home has gone through many doc lately.

The interviewer I had was very easy going and casual. I went to the interview in my business casual attire. The questions were mainly behavioural and situational, like “tell me about yourself”, “what makes you want to work here”, “what would you do if you notice bruises on an elderly client” etc.
