Interview
Too long for someone coming out of college, college screening, college 1-on-1 interview (IL), corporate interviews (about 5 of them, whole day, in DC), then again site specific interviews (another 4, and dinner with employees).
Very chill experience, felt like a get to know you conversation with the managers who were very nice, mainly asked standard behavioural questions like Why ExxonMobil, asked about your resume
The interview was in person, 1 hour, one on one. It was overwhelming at first but the interviewer was really nice. It was difficult to make a connection with her though,
- talked to the engineers at career fair, they treated it as the first round of interview
- managed to get to the final round
- mostly behaviourial and fit questions
