I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Houston, TX)
Interview
The process was not bad. 1st - there was a phone interview which was very easy going. Basically, checking your background match for the job. Then, in person interview [(2) panels]. First panel-About (8) behavioral questions. Second panel- reviewing your resume and questions concerning how it matches the position.
Overall the people seemed very nice.

Question 1
Can you describe a time when a project or task faced unexpected challenges?

The process starts with a phone screen and then, if successful, will move to an on campus interview with a dinner the night before. Overall, everyone was extremely hospitable and very professional. The interview itself was with 5 department heads, and consisted of situational based (STAR) interview questions. Overall, it was a fantastic conversation with everyone there.
