I was interviewed by two people, one was a managing plant director with years of experience whilst the other was a relatively junior engineer. You get questions about your CV and then there are few thoery testing questions. They arent too difficult if you keep calm.

Interview
I am currently part way through the interview process having undergone first the online behavioral and aptitude tests, followed by a Skype interview with mainly competency questions. The questions asked where not common ones, needing quite specific experiences to draw from.
I am now about to attend the final interview stage as part of the Experience ExxonMobil day.
