Assessment test consists of 3 sections - 6 minutes each. The questions are not difficult but required you to think and answer quickly. Basically it tests your aptitude skills.

I applied via website, it took almost a month to be called for an interview. Basically, there are 3 major steps: english evaluation, skype interview and presential interview. After that, you'll be required to take a clinical test and then the formal offer is made.

Interview
Apply through their careers website. In my case, the hiring lead found my resume on jobstreet. There were at least 3 rounds of interview that will look at your technical and design skills (coding, object oriented design), your fitness to the company's culture/personality and group interview.
