I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Bethlehem, PA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Basic behavioral questions. The interviewer was very nice and convinced me to want the job even though it was very far away. I liked how he let me add anything that wasn't covered in the interview that I thought was necessary to add. About 45 minutes overall and felt more like a conversation than a Q&A.

Greatest Accomplishment? Time you worked on a team? Where do you think you would best fit at Exxon?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Lafayette, IN) in Sept 2022
Interview
I had a brief interview at a career fair. The hiring officer was very cordial and friendly. She asked good questions that helped me easily explain where i stand out as a candidate.
Not a great experience. They know they pay a lot of money so they don’t care what you think or how they can help you improve. They only want the best and that mean 4.0 to them.
Very lengthy. Took about an hour and the interviewer was so uninterested. At some point it felt like I was talking to myself. I did not enjoy the interview at all.
