Very detailed and they interview you for 2 days with various stages. There is a also a practical part of the interview process where you have to pump gas based on the interviewers request. It could be anything from regular, plus or super and you have to be prepared.

Phone call screening folowed by an in person interview lasting 10 minutes. Asked if i had experienc e and if i was willing to open and close. I was also asked if i was comfortable handling cash
I was interviewed by the Manager. He asked if I could pump gas and clean car windows. I said yes and they asked me if minimum wage was ok. I said yes, and They hired me on the spot.
