Eye Q Vision interview questions

After multiple rounds of interviews, I was left waiting for weeks without any updates, despite follow-ups. The interviewers seemed disorganized, and in one of the rounds, it was clear they hadn’t even reviewed my profile beforehand. Additionally, the process dragged on unnecessarily, with little clarity on timelines or next steps. It felt like the company didn’t value the candidate’s time or effort, which is concerning for any potential employee. They ask you for introduction and ask you to wrap it up within a minute.

Online and then face to face interview. I meet the VP Operations and Director HR. It was a good experience. All well. Online was to assess the candidature and in person to further screen the candidates
