They reached out to schedule an interview, but then emailed me asking if I spoke Spanish since it is a requirement. But this was not written on any of the job postings they had up. After I replied that I did not, they just straight up ghosted me. Write your requirements on the listing and save applicant's time if its a deal breaker qualification!

The interview seemed straight forward and based around my knowledge of Boolean and unique ways of finding talent. Heavy emphasis on diversity recruiting. I went through 3 rounds before getting an offer.

Quick reachout for interview but lacks follow up. Interview style is pretty standard, possible hierarchical environment as interviewer prefers questions to be left to the end than being interactive. Communication style could be improved.
