Online application, followed by a video interview, then an assessment day. The assessment day consisted of three small interviews with different members of the business, and three tests on maths, general knowledge and technology. Interviews focus entirely on soft skills.

Overall the process is fairly straightforward, nothing too difficult and nothing that caught me off guard. Received the offer, but it's laughable at best (do not question your worth, a position like this should get a lot more than what they offer, it's simply to prey off of college grads looking for a job). And they only give you 7 days to make a decision, which quite frankly I've never heard of.
