Phone interview process was basic lasted less than 30 minutes, individual seemed interested in me as a candidate based on my background and experience. There were basic HR questions asked, we discussed the roles and 2 year commitment after the 10 week training period as well as pay. Also discussed the onsite client locations across the east coast.
