Then put you through an "interview day"
- where you will be put through multiple phases of interviews
Questions were not hard as a new undergraduate with no experience, but a basic understanding of Java and object oriented programming
The behavioral interview with HR:
It's via Microsoft Teams and will last around 30 minutes.
This will be a standard strength-based interview where I will be assessing the following:
Research into FDM / understanding of the role
Passion for technology, career aspirations and projects
Capability of articulating technical skills listed on resume
Ability to answer behavioral questions with examples
Come professionally dressed.
Assessment Center - First a test which mainly evolved around pattern recognition, then a task which required to draw a flow diagram and explain it in english. All of that was followed by a classical interview.

The interview was performed by phone, questions were mostly about very basic java and SQL topics. For example what is the differences between class and object
