Few rounds of interviews. Round 1, phone call interview with a headhunter, test of english and short review of experiences. Round 2, personal - after a short review of skills and experiences there was an explation of the job. Questions about motivation and visions about the new job. Round 3, personal - meeting with some technical people, test about Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, code review and analyzing of C codes. Round 4, personal - personal talk with the czech CEO, videoconference with some business people from the mother company. The videoconference was in bad quality, delays in video/sound.
