Online Test : General aptitude question( refer R.S aggarwal )
if you took test domain as Testing, questions were
- Waterfall model
- Agile model
- ADO sql
- Software development life cycle
- Bug testing
if you took the test domain as JAVA, C++, .NET, questions were
- complete the following code with appropriate logic
- what is interface
- method overloading
- method overriding
Group Discussion : Two topics were given out of which the group has to choose one
- Is india ready for cashless economy
- Effect of technology on jobs (hint : AI)
- Carry piece of paper to write down your points and no separate time
will be given for each individual it will be like tug of war.
- To be precise, they check your English and leadership qualities
Technical round : To be honest some students had easy round with no technical questions
and some(like me) had full core technical questions
i will separate each type of rounds :
easy = student was asked
- what will you do in " certain situation"
- which is your hometown
- what is performance measure
average = student was asked
- tell me about your 3rd year mini-project
- tell me about your BE project
- did you start implementation of your BE project
- what is STL (Standard template library)
- easy sql query (retrieve "this" name in database)
hard = student was asked
- write logic of problem given on paper ( based on array)
- tell tweaks in above problem for increasing efficiency
- JAVA ; what is extends, interface ,abstract class,
public and private access specifier
- C++; inheritance , encapsulation, method overriding,inline
function, virtual function
-SQL; given data table on paper= write code for second highest
salary, retrieve data from 2 tables using joins , use group by.
Advice : Doesn't matter which domain test you gave and cleared online test , you can
explicitly ask for domain in which you are interested in .
