FJ Benjamin interview questions

Overall interview process is ok for me, but there are some details I think the company should keep in mind. Firstly my interview was scheduled at 3pm and I arrived around 2:40pm, yes the receptionist did bring me to a conference room and wait, but there’s no hr presence. I was waiting alone in the room for quite some time, and only 3:10pm hr entered and take my application form etc. then the interview only start 3:15pm. As a first impression, I think that the company should improve their punctuality as this is the considered the first expression for interviewees. Other than that, all is good, the managers of the department I’m interviewing for is nice.
